The EOS® program is a comprehensive business system, integrating a holistic business model with a complete set of simple business tools and a proven business process to align and synchronize all the pieces of your business to produce the results you want. The 7 things Bill shares about himself as a Coach and Family Business Expert:

• I’m not a consultant. I teach, coach, and facilitate.
• I purposefully work myself out of a job. My mission is to get you to resolve family issues and to self-implement EOS over a one to two year period.
• I’m not a consultant and don’t claim to have all the answers. I do fervently believe, however, that the answer is always in the room.
• I don’t work on retainer or charge upfront fees. My daily fee is always fully guaranteed, meaning if you don’t feel you received value from me at the end of a working session, you simply don’t pay me.
• I don’t “solve it” for you. I develop your leadership team’s ability to solve its own problems.
• I like to work with entrepreneurial leadership teams that are open-minded, respectful, appreciative, and growth-oriented. I also understand that you’re frustrated and want help. That’s okay, because that’s my sweet spot!
• I implement tested family business protocols and “EOS pure.” I “enter the danger”. It’s my job to confront the tough stuff and help you through necessary, difficult conversations to get you where you want to go.
