I can’t believe it. What an amazing year 2016 is turning out to be. Last year our leadership team and I, with Bill’s guidance, began rolling out EOS throughout the company. This included a shared vision and inspiring core values… unrelenting, self-motivated, solution oriented, efficient, creative and positive energy. We also laid out an aggressive and unrelenting budget and set of goals for the coming year. It was big, it was a little scary and uncomfortable for me, setting a goal of 30% growth in one year. But …we’re doing it! We are 40% over the same time last year. We’re putting up growth numbers that an exciting Silicon Valley startup would be salivating over and we are a small,
family run Napa Valley winery. Our incredible team and EOS are at the heart our phenomenal growth.

Our business was growing year by year, with nationally recognized record breaking sales and services. Expansion however, brought management and organizational challenges. We then chose to undertake The EOS Journey and haven’t looked back! With Bill’s help we clarified roles and responsibilities, became much more disciplined and are solving problems with timeliness and efficiency. Our leadership team has come alive, with new levels of commitment, dedication and pride. In our first year we increased revenues by $1Million + and will far exceed that in the future.

My work with Bill and the EOS process continues to be extremely helpful. We are a second-generation family business providing custom electrical coils for a variety of industries. We have experienced steady, gradual growth for a number of years. More recently our niche business has exploded with opportunities, forcing us to rethink our business model and processes. With Bill’s assistance we have been reinventing ourselves utilizing the EOS operating system and tools to improve all aspects of the company. While I initially questioned the time involved, my TAB meetings were some of my most important and productive. By creating directions, verifying strategies, and reporting progress, our TAB board created a performance-based environment where we all helped and were helped by one another.

My TAB board and Bill Seelig have helped me reinvent my high-end residential remodeling business. We’ve built solid business systems, strategic marketing initiatives, made good hires, and most importantly, developed a fine management team. May Construction is more profitable than ever, has a good book of business, and is positioned to compete successfully during the challenging months ahead.
